1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonshaoxing wine
1 teaspoonchili oil
1 tablespoonchili garlic sauce
1 tablespoonCorn Starch
toss this into the mixture before using it and shake
1 teaspoonrice wine vinegar
1 teaspoonPlum Sauce
1 teaspoonsesame oil
1 teaspoonChiu Chow Oil
½ teaspoondark soy sauce
1 teaspoonoyster sauce
½ teaspoonChicken Stock Paste
½ teaspoonminced ginger
¼ teaspoonground white pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Shake together in a mason jar and let sit 30 minutes before using.
Step 2
Toss chicken in a Soy Sauce, Shaoxing Wine, & Baking Soda mixture. Let sit in mixture for 10-15 minutes after tossing.
