The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Made these today. I did 1 cups of stevia and 1 cup reg sugar just to cut down on the sugar and they taste good. Saving the extra sugar for the frosting. Ha! Cooked 7minutes

Flavor wasn't that good.. very bland.

I forgot to take a picture before we got to decorating🤷🏿‍♀️. Now, I will preface my thoughts by saying that I love sweets; the sweeter, the better. However, these sugar cookies were a low-level sweetness and still tasted amazing. I also do NOT like sugar cookies, but found myself munching on them while my kids were decorating. I ended up cutting the recipe in half, which I shouldn't have done because we could have used more cookies. I definitely recommend this recipe. If you like your cutout sugar cookies to be sweet, you can consider adding more sugar, but I would strongly advise against it if your purpose is to decorate them with icing.

1/4 recipe is enough for __ cookies. Use; 6 T butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 t baking power 1/4 t salt
