Unite in casseruola le albicocche, snocciolate e tagliate a pezzetti, le mandorle tritate grossolanamente, lo zucchero e la pectina.Cuocete finché le albicocche non si saranno disfatte (da 4 a 8 , secondo la maturazione).Distribuite la marmellata bollente in vasetti a chiusura ermetica e chiudeteli subito.
