Creamy Garlic Skillet Chicken with Spinach

Would add Asiago fo4 extra flavor Served over linguini noodles

Super easy recipe. Replaced the heavy cream with coconut cream but would definitely double the sauce next time.

Needed to add more seasoning salt. Placed on top of brown rice. Just okay. Husband was not impressed. I even used roasted garlic, a little fresh rosemaryand winter savory, and a pat of butter for more flavor.

Make sure sauce is thick enough

Cut chicken into thick slices 3/4".add thin sliced onion before garlic Add mushrooms and tomatoes or sundried tomatoes and fresh grated parmesan. I used whole baby spinach.

I added fresh Portobello mushrooms. Fantastic and good for you!
