Multiplied the recipe to use 7 lbs of Roma because I ordered 8 lbs instead of 8 tomatoes. Only used 1 can of diced, a 4-5 large “pinches” of salt, extra garlic of course. Roasted the tomatoes and jalepano at 450° for 20-25 minutes. My thumbs are spicy now.
Absolutely delicious
I used 4 Roma tomatoes a small like 1/12 of a medium red onion, 7 sprigs of Cilantro, tiny bit of olive oil 1 clove of garlic and pulsed for 8 to 10 pulses. Once done just a sprinkle of salt and a Good squeeze of lime! Mix and soooo good!!!
