Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove 2 of the pie crusts from the pouches. On lightly floured surface, unroll and stack crusts one on top of the other. Roll into an 18x12-inch rectangle. Fit the crust into your pan, pressing firmly into the corners and sides, stretching dough slightly to fit, if necessary. Do not trim pie crust edges.
Step 2
In a large bowl, stir the apple pie mix and caramel sauce.
Step 3
On a lightly floured surface, remove the other 2 pie crusts and use your cookie cutters to create shapes for the top of the pie. Lay them out across the top and decorate as you like.
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. If necessary, loosely cover pie with foil last 10 minutes of bake time, to prevent over browning. Cool for at least 2 hours before serving. Cut into 4 rows and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
