Need to cook veryyyy slowly to keep from getting doughy. Not enough nooks and crannies but can adjust.

This made 5-1/2 large (4" Ninja Bullet ring) muffins. Cook in preheated electric skillet covered at 335F. Cornmeal side first. for 4-1/2 minutes, flip, then 3minutes. Next time use 3" size cutter. Makes 9.

Much like other comments, they weren't done at 4 minutes per side. After 4 minutes per side on the stove I put them in the oven at 275 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes and then they were done beautifully.

I made half the dough into rolls and the other half into English muffins. Yum!

7 minutes a side seems to work for me. I also flattened the dough to closer to 1/2 inch instead of an inch and got perfect sized muffins. This recipe makes the most BEAUTIFUL dough!!

Mine did not have nooks and crannies, but I think it was my starter. However, very delicious and so soft! I will definitely try again and use a larger cutter.

Read a comment that said 4 on induction stove for 6 min a side. Try 1/2 batch first time! Remember to test temp with digital thermometer

Pretty good! Made 8 muffins. Definately need to cook more than directions. About 8 mins per side closer to medium heat than low. We made breakfast sandwiches!
