I used 4 8-ounces blocks

250gbrown sugar

1 ⅓ cupsfull fat coconut cream
only the white part from the can, 1/3 of this is stirred together with the cornstarch

2 teaspoonsvanilla extract

3 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice

¼ teaspoonsea salt
