Really good. Easy to make. Took longer to cook, but that's probably because my spinach wasn't dry enough.

This is really good. I ended up using half Shredded Cheddar and half Shredded smoked gouda. You could definitely make this in a smaller pan than 9x13. My husband and I loved this recipe and I didn't even realize I forgot the cottage cheese until we ate half of it! Seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
