Creamy Garlic Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

This was very easy and surprisingly flavorful for such few ingredients! I used lactose free whole milk (less than stated) and added some butter at the end when mixing it all up.

It was truly delicious! I used white cooking wine, which worked out well. Definitely need the pasta water at the end, and I probably used closer to 3/4 cup of cream. I will likely try to add mushrooms next time I make it to bulk it up. Shrimp would also be delicious
