Instructions

Step 1
Prep the Ingredients: Chop the zucchini and tomato and cut the garlic cloves.

Cook the Vegetables: In a large pot, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat, add the chopped zucchini, tomato, and garlic to the pot. Sizzle the vegetables for 3-5 minutes until they start to soften.

Season and Simmer: Add 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, add the basil leaves. Stir well and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

Cook the Pasta: While the sauce simmers, boil your favorite pasta according to the package instructions.Once cooked, drain the pasta.

Combine and Serve:Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the creamy vegetable mixture.Stir everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce. Serve the pasta hot with a rich drizzle of Parmesan cheese on top.
