Instructions
Step 1
Mix ingredients together (beat eggs first).
Step 2
Using a slotted spoon (or halušky maker), drop dough in large droplets (tiny little “dumplings”) into rapidly boiling (and amply salted) water. Boil for 5-7 minutes (they should rise to the top).
Step 3
Serve warm with gravy, and optional toppings of goat cheese and bacon (for Bryndzove halušky).
