Instructions
Step 1
Mix fritatta ingredients and steam in instant pot in a 9” round pan for 10 minutes after pre-heat.
Step 2
Mix aji verde ingredients. Add 30g each per sandwich.
Step 3
Make sandwich, sear on both sides with butter spray to serve.
