Instructions

Avocado spread

Step 1
Smash the avocado with a fork.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Wrap

Step 3
Slice the tomato.
Step 4
Slice the emmental cheese into 4 equal sticks.
Step 5
Place each cheese stick on each side of the tortilla wrap.
Step 6
Roll up the cheese stick 2-3 times until it's covered in the tortilla wrap. Secure it with 2 toothpicks. Repeat with the other sides.
Step 7
Spread the avocado spread onto the square center.
Step 8
Top it with the tomato slices and crack the eggs onto it. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree circulation air for about 10-12min. If the top of the wrap darkens before the end of the baking time, cover with aluminum foil. Enjoy your meal!
