Instructions

Step 1
Grab your slice of bread…. make an indent with the bottom of a cup in the middle of the bread ready for the egg to go in
Step 2
Crack an egg into the indent
Step 3
Sprinkle some chilli flakes and salt over the egg
Step 4
Top this off with a covering of grated mozzarella all over the bread and egg
Step 5
Bang in the air fryer for 8 mins at 200°
Step 6
It’s ready to go now… I like to have a squirt of ketchup on top of mine…. You have what you like
