Instructions

Step 1
1 Put the protein powder, coconut or brown sugar, almonds and pecans into a food processor along with half the rolled oats and the salt. Blitz until you have a grainy mixture.
Step 2
2 Add the honey, dates, nut butter and vanilla extract and blitz again, then tip the mixture into a bowl and stir in the remaining oats by hand.
Step 3
3 Add 6-8 tablespoons of milk until you have a dough-like consistency. Roll the mixture into 10 balls. They will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
