Protein Balls:
1 cuproasted almonds
1 CupMedjool Dates
Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained
0.5 CupCoconut
Desiccated
0.25 CupProtein Powder
Vanilla, hot cross bun or caramel
1 tspvanilla
½ tspcinnamon
Allspice
Oat Milk
or as needed for your food processor

Instructions
Step 1
Place all protein ball ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and smooth. Roll into balls of desired size (I made 14).
Step 2
Use a teaspoon to drizzle a chocolate cross onto the top of each protein ball. Pop in the freezer for 2-3 minutes to set the chocolate, remove and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to one week.
