4pork loins
center cut
2 cap flour
2 sleevesritz crackers
2 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspblack pepper
2 Tbspsalt
4eggs
1 cmilk
vegetable oil
for frying

Instructions
Step 1
Heat your oil in the Dutch oven or deep fryer to 350 degrees.
Step 2
With a mandolin or a sharp knife, slice potatoes very thin. There is no need to peel them beforehand.
Step 3
In small batches, fry the potatoes for about 2-3 minutes each side. You will know they’re done when some of the edges start to brown or when you tap a potato on the side of your fryer it feels firm.
Step 4
Place on a cooling rack with a cookie sheet underneath it (to catch any oil drippings).
Step 5
Season with salt immediately.
