Instructions
Step 1
For cake, mix dry cake ingredients, then add oil, milk, and egg. Bake at 325° in greased cake pan(s) until toothpick comes out clean, about 40 minutes
Step 2
For icing, cream together cream cheese and sugar, then add cool whip and beat until smoothly combined. Chop chocolate and/or pecans and mix into icing or use to garnish.
