Fudgy Brownie

There’s nothing dreamier than a rich, fudgy brownie—and after trying this one, you’ll never need another brownie recipe again. Fudgy Brownie   Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups (300g) semisweet chocolate chips 1 1/4 stick (140g) butter 3/4 cup (96g) flour 1/4 cup dutch-process cacao powder 1/2 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt (2g) 3 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar (200g) 1/8 cup light brown sugar ( 25g) 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp olive oil (30g) 125g white chocolate   Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Butter an 8x8 pan and line with two pieces of parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Set aside. In another medium bowl, add chocolate chips and butter and microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Set aside to cool at room temperature.   In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugars, vanilla, and olive oil. Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix until combined. Add flour mixture into the batter and fold just until combined. Transfer half of the batter to the pan and sprinkle with white chocolate pieces. Then transfer the remaining batter over the chocolate pieces and evenly spread. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake for 30-35 min. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 2 hours.   Serve while a little warm, with vanilla ice cream and jelly strawberry sauce.   Bon Appétit! *Be very careful not to overmix after adding the flour! This is what makes that beautiful shiny, crinkly brownie top.
