DESSERT FOR WEIGHT LOSS: 3 INGREDIENT MANGO SORBET 🥭 This quick, cheap, & easy dessert is perfect for summer. It uses minimal ingredients, can be enjoyed right away, or stored in the freezer! To give this a mangoneada twist, top with SF chamoy and tajin.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Freeze fresh mango for 3 hours (I prefer this option) or use store bought. Thaw for 10 minutes prior to adding to the blender.
Step 2
2. Add to a blender with the juice of 2 limes and sweetener to taste (I used 1/4 c monkfruit sweetener)
Step 3
3. Blend until smooth and push down any pieces that “fly up.” It will be 4-5 minutes of blending.
Step 4
4. Serve right away or store in freezer for 3 weeks. This can make 2-3 servings depending on appetite. (calories for full recipe are below)
Step 5
5. Top with SF chamoy and tajin.
