Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken wings in fish sauce, brown sugar and 4 minced garlic cloves for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Brush 1 tbsp of oil over chicken wings. Bake chicken wings for 30 minutes at 425F.
Step 3
While wings are baking, sauté the remaining garlic and onion in 1 tbsp oil over medium heat until browned. Add marinade and 2 tbsp of water. Bring mixture to a boil and set aside.
Step 4
Toss chicken wings in sauce, lime and cilantro. Enjoy!
