Instructions
Step 1
Wash Lemon and orange
Step 2
Cut both ends off lemon. With the skin still on, cut lemon into quarters, and remove any visible seeds.
Step 3
Cut the orange in half and remove the peel. Remove any visible seeds.
Step 4
Put the lemon pieces (with the skin on) and the orange half into a blender.
Step 5
Add sugar to the blender.
Step 6
Fill the blender half way up with cold water, and blend for 30 seconds
Step 7
Add water to 1 " below the maximum fill line of the blender, blend for 10 seconds.
Step 8
Pour the liquid through a fine strainer into a jug to reserve.
Step 9
Put the pulp back into the blender, add cold water to fill the blender 1/2 way. Blend for 20 seconds
Step 10
Add more cold water up to 1" below the maximum fill line on the blender. Blend for 10 seconds.
Step 11
Once again pour the liquid through a fine strainer and into the same jug holding the reserved liquid.
Step 12
Pour over ice and enjoy!
