Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 190° (170° fan).
Step 2
Toss the fruit with the sugar, cornflour and salt. Place in an baking dish.
Step 3
Make the crumble. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl including the vanilla essence. Rub in the butter until like big clumpy breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the fruit.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for around 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the fruit is bubbling. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with either custard, ice cream, creme fraiche or single cream.
