Summer just isn’t summer without the deliciousness of milk! This Creamy Lime & Herb Corn will be your new summer favourite and uses all my favourite local Ontario dairy products. It’s the perfect side dish especially since corn is in season, and it goes perfectly with any grilled meats.

Instructions
Step 1
To remove kernels from grilled corn, use a bundt cake pan and place the grilled corn on the cob in the centre. Use a sharp knife to slice the kernels off and they land right in the bundt pan.
Step 2
To a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and sauté the corn for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, break it apart and melt it down. Pour over the heavy cream and mix through.
Step 3
You can make this your own and flavour it however you like, but here I chose to add cilantro, chives, lime juice, Tajin seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Serve warm.
