Step 1
Slice the apple very thin and place it in the bottom of the rice cooker pan creating a circle. Then in a bowl, mix the dry ingredients first and mix. Then add oil and water, and mix. Pour the result on the top of the apples slices and make it flat. SLOW COOK mode for 1 hour. When it’s ready, make it cool for 15 minutes and use your hand to reverse the cake. I used cinnamon and sugar as decoration on top.
