Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in QuickPot on M sautee setting, begin cooking bacon. Once crunchy, remove and let cool before crumbling.

2. Dry beef cubes thoroughly and season with salt and pepper; then coat lightly with flour

3. Sear beef, making sure it is browned on all edges.
Step 4
4. Add in carrots, mushroom and onion, making sure the latter is brown before mincing garlic in.
Step 5
5. Add remaining ingredients to pot, cover and cook on H for 6 hours.
Step 6
6. Stir in bacon.
