Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets and steam till tender, 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Drain and mash while warm.
Step 3
Store in cheese, eggs, almond flour, and seasonings
Step 4
Lightly coat the bottom of a griddle or skillet with the extra virgin olive oil over medium high heat.
Step 5
Form cauliflower mixture into patties, about 3 inches across, cook on each side until golden brown.
