Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set out two flat plates.
Step 2
Rinse the cod under cold running water. Cut into two pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 3
Juice the lemon.
Step 4
Put the butter into a small microwaveable container. Melt in the microwave. Pour melted butter onto a flat plate. Add the lemon juice to the same plate.
Step 5
Dump the cracker crumbs onto a flat plate.
Step 6
Take a piece of cod. Dip both sides into the butter. Coat both sides with the crumbs. Place onto the parchment-lined baking dish. Repeat with the second piece.
Step 7
Place pan in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
