1 ½ teaspoonssugar

2 teaspoonsolive oil

250gall-purpose flour
plus about 1/4 to 1/2 cup extra for final kneading

1 ½ teaspoonkosher salt
3/4 teaspoon fine salt

115gmozzarella cheese

115gMonterey Jack cheese
or Havarti cheese

230gfeta cheese

1 tablespoonbutter
cut in 4 slices

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous dough.







Step 2
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1hr - 1.5hrs.
Step 3
Create the cheese blend.



Step 4
Roll dough flat, place cheese on top and create a crust with the cheese in it. Form to a boat and put the rest of the grated cheese in the middle.
Step 5
Bake at 250C for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes optional: fill with egg, and bake another 3 or 4 minutes, until the egg is almost, but not quite set.
