Warm up milk then add the butter in and stir to melt . Mix the salt and sugar then check that it is warm and not hot before adding the yeast .add the flour and olive oil and stir to combine . Knead Into a smooth dough then cover and put in a warm place to rise for one and a half hour

In a bowl mix the kashkaval ( you can use mozzarella or another melting cheese if you prefer ) crumbled feta ricotta and lots of black pepper and set aside

Divide the dough into four large balls or six medium size . Roll them into oval shapes then divide the mixture between each one . Start turning the sides of the dough and folding over then pinch the ends until
It looks like a boat shape . Let these rest 20 minutes then bake in an oven 190 c 375 f for 15 minutes . Take out then add an egg yolk to the centre of each one and bake another 3 minutes and enjoy
