Instructions
Stuff Wings
Step 1
Debone wings according to the video.
Step 2
Cook indomie according to package instructions and cool to room temp.
Step 3
Cut noodles into bite-sized pieces and fill in a piping bag. Stuff each wing with noodles.
Step 4
Combine potato starch with salt and onion powder. Coat wings, ensuring to press the starch into the wing.



Step 5
Heat a pot of oil to 325 F and fry wings for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Raise oil temperature to 375 F and fry wings again till golden brown.
Step 6
Combine ketchup, soy sauces, sesame oil, and the fried shallot. Coat the wings in the sauce and enjoy!
Fry Shallots
Step 7
Place shallots in cold oil and heat until shallots turn golden brown. Remove and season with salt.
