½ cupunsalted butter
melted
⅓ cupgranulated sugar
½ cuplight brown sugar
1egg

1 teaspoonvanilla
½ teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonsalt
1 ½ cupsall purpose flour
1 ½ cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
4 ouncesunsweetened chocolate
coarsely chopped, brownies
¾ cupbutter
brownies
1 ¾ cupgranulated sugar

1 tablespoonvanilla extract

½ teaspoonsalt

2 tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa

Instructions
Step 1
Make brownies by melting chopped unsweetened chocolate with 3/4 cup butter.
Step 2
Add eggs and mix till combined
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients for brownies and mix till combined .
Step 4
Spread into 9 x 11 pan or 9 x 9 pan
Step 5
Make cookies by mixing melted butter with both sugars and stir till sugar is dissolved. Add rest of recipe ingredients in order in recipe. Mix till combined.
Step 6
Place scoops of cookie dough on top of brownie batter and spread as best as you can. It will spread so don't worry about covering all of brownie.
Step 7
Bake at 350 till top is bo longer wet looking and edges have started to brown. Depending on oven it could be 25 to 35 minutes. Don't overbake.
