Step 1
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the vinegar, honey, salt and mustard.





Step 2
Combine the vegetable oil and olive oil. With the processor running, add the oil very slowly then in a steady stream.



Step 3
When all of the oil has been incorporated, stir in the poppy seeds and green onions.
