Pineapple Peel Tea
8 steps
Prep:20minCook:1h
I am always looking for ways to use up fruit and vegetable scraps, and that is how I stumbled upon this recipe. Anytime I buy produce, I always make sure to check and see how much of it is edible or useful, and to my surprise, there are so many things you can use with the parts of produce that people tend to toss out, and pineapples are no exception. You can actually use the skin, core, and leaves of a pineapple to make tea! There are many health benefits to this, and you will rest assured knowing that you put every bit of that pineapple to good use.
