Step 1
Add lemon juice and sugar into the blender. Mix together lemon juice and sugar in the blender with a silicone utensil for about 1 minute to dissolve sugar in lemon juice. If you use the blender to blend lemon juice & sugar, be sure to blend on low to not heat up lemon juice.
Step 2
Next, add in cold water. Then, add in ice cream.
Step 3
Blend ingredients all together until fully combined and smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
