Slice a hole in the side of the chicken breasts then season both sides with salt pepper and chicken seasoning

Stuff some mozzarella into the slits ( reserving some mozzarella for the tipping then dip the breasts into seasoned flour seasoned beaten eggs and coat in seasoned Panko breadcrumbs . If the chicken is overstuffed with cheese freeze 15 minutes then fry on medium heat on both sides until golden

Add half the pasta sauce to a baking tray then add the chicken breasts top with more tomato sauce mozzarella and chopped basil and parsley . Bake at 200 c /400 f fan setting for 30 minutes or until fully cooked and enjoy
