This is a simple recipe for the whole family, delicious and healthy. You can use chicken, turkey or even rabbit for this recipe.

Step 1

Freeze chicken breasts solid. Then, without defrost, mince them with a grater. I take 2 breasts for 6 rissoles.

Step 2

Grate cheese finely as well. Put the minced chicken and minced cheese into one bowl.


Step 3

Add in an egg and a pinch or salt and pepper by taste. I also add some oregano and dried garlic for the aroma, as well as some finely chopped parsley.




Step 4

Mix everything well, until the mixture is fairly even.
Step 5

Form the rissoles by rolling the mixture in your hands. You can leave them for 10-20 minutes in the fridge so that they can take a more appealing round form.
Step 6

Preheat pan on high heat with a tbsp of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, put your rissoles on the pan and fry them from both sides until they start to turn golden.


Step 7

Turn heat to low, pour in half a glass of water, close with a lid and let steam for 10-20 minutes, until the rissoles are well-cooked.
