GF/DF Creamy Beef Gravy

5 steps
Prep:7minCook:15min
Every holiday growing up this was on the breakfast menu, usually with fried bread. But I'm gluten and dairy free now for six years. So I tried various ways around the evaporated milk, butter, and flour. This was the winning combination. My large, southern family says the only thing missing now is great grandma's fried bread puffs.
