Instant Pot Sausage Gravy

Don't add salt

Very important to use good quality breakfast sausage without large clumps of fat. Depending on the seasoning of the sausage, I’ve added additional sage and pepper. The bacon doesn’t really add much flavor, I’ve made this without it, sautéing the sausage in 1 Tablespoon butter. Very fast, and better than the frozen stuff from the grocery store.
