Best Sausage Gravy

Add a bit of pure maple syrup. Also made ahead. Putting them in puff pastry cups for breakfast

Really easy to make and we had a decent amount of gravy left over

My gravy is always good. This gravy is better. I use the same amount of garlic powder, double the salt (but use no seasoned salt as I never have it), the same amount of pepper, and an additional pinch or two of paprika.

Only thing I didn't add was garlic. Milk to flour ratio was perfect.

Delicious! I substituted turkey sausage with regular sausage (because it was all I had in the fridge lol) but it still came out very good! Just added a little extra butter and some seasoning (onion powder and garlic salt) and it was good to go. May not look the most appealing but it was absolutely yummy

Delicious! I skipped the seasoning salt and did a little extra salt, plus a dash of paprika. Used gluten-free flour and served with gluten-free biscuits.

I don't add any seasonings and love this recipe as I have for years. Jimmy Dean sausage has all the seasoning I need. Simple to make and the biscuits are done baking be the time the gravy is.

Easy one pan gravy. Topped with fresh chives.

Makes a lot- cut in half if cooking for 1-2 people. Added spices

I left out the garlic powder and seasoned salt.

I make this several times a month and absolutely love it! I usually add a wee little sprinkle of Carolina Reaper powder to mine as well.😋
