Instructions

Step 1
Scoop 12 spoonfuls of Nutella onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put the sheet in the freezer for 1 hour or until completely frozen.

Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar
Step 3
Mix in 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla extract
Step 4
Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt
Step 5
Add chocolate chips and place dough into the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 6
Once the oven is ready, take the dough and Nutella out. Using a 2oz cookie scoop, scoop the dough. Create a well in the center of the dough using your finger, and place a blob of Nutella inside. Cover it up with more dough and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Make sure that there are only 5-6 dough balls on each sheet as the cookies will spread while baking.
Step 8
Let cool for 20 minutes and enjoy!
