Strawberry Halloumi Salad

Instructions
Step 1
Cut strawberries into bite size pieces and set aside. Rinse greens and set aside.
Step 2
Drain and cut halloumi into quarter-inch slices. Cook slices on a hot nonstick pan (maybe add oil, I’ve trial-and-errored this). Flip so both sides are golden brown, which can happen quickly. Set aside.
Step 3
If needed, break up pecans into smaller pieces.
Step 4
Plate! Place greens on the plate with halloumi on top or on the side. Top with strawberries, pecans, and strawberry vinaigrette!
