Place all of your turkey wings in one Ziploc baggie. Place your turkey legs in the other Ziploc baggie. Add 3 tablespoons of hot sauce to each bag. In a bowl mix all of your dry ingredients together. Put half in one ziplock bag and the other half in the other bag. Seal the bag and use your hands to massage. Once mixed very well put in the refrigerator overnight. You can get up and give it a good massage every now and then. When you’re ready to cook, fill your pot with the oil. Heat oil to 350. fry the legs first they do take a little bit longer. Fry on each side until golden brown. Or the color in the picture that you see. Total cook time should be for the legs around 10 minutes per side. I like to flip them every few minutes. Repeat the same process with the wings. Hope you enjoy this recipe. I surely do. I like to make it around Thanksgiving time.
