MEXICAN BREAKFAST FOR WEIGHT LOSS: CHOCOMIL PROTEIN SHAKE 🍫🍌 I’ve recreated one of my childhood favorites to be higher in protein & lower in sugar! It’s a perfect grab and go breakfast when you don’t feel like cooking or are short on time. You can also add a handful of spinach and/or powder almond butter to make it more filling.
