Instructions

Step 1
1. Peel and roughly chop 2 cucumbers. Leave some of the skin to give el agua it’s green color.
Step 2
2. Chop 1/2 of a cucumber into small pieces for garnish and reserve.
Step 3
3. Add the roughly chopped cucumber, 1 cup water, juice of the limes, and 1 cup monkfruit sweetener to a blender. Blend well.
Step 4
4. To a pitcher, add the cucumber mix, 7 cups of water, and cucumber chunks. Combine well.
Step 5
5. Serve over ice.

6. Optional: rim the glass with sugar free chamoy and/or top with tajin.
Step 7
7. This recipe makes 8 cups, and can be divided into 4-8 servings.
