Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the dill, red pepper, onion, and garlic and place in a small bowl.
Step 2
Add yogurt and mayo to the veggie mixture.
Step 3
Stir together and then add salt to desire.
Step 4
Can leave in the fridge, and I service it for 3 to 5 days.
Step 5
I used mine as a dip for chips, bread, rice cakes, and cucumbers. I also used it a replacement for sour cream on a taco salad (so good!) It can also be added as a cream cheese replacement on bagels.
