if using powder, 1/2 teaspoon, or 1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
if using apple cider vinegar use 1/2 tablespoon water and the other apple cider vinegar

4 teaspoonsroasted peanut oil
or regular peanut oil, if you don’t have don’t worry putting

1 teaspoonchile oil

2 teaspoonsshao-hsing wine
or sherry
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and let stand for at least 10 minutes for the flavors to meld.
