Instructions

Step 1

Over low heat combine all ingredients whisking until well blended. Take off heat when slightly foamy on top, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not let boil or simmer. Mixture should be like warm. Let cool completely then store in air tight container for two weeks.
