Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 Degrees

Step 2
Begin with melting your butter in a pan, and than cooking onion and garlic til translucent. Roughly 5 minutes on medium.

Step 3
Once onions begin looking clear add your cornstarch to create a roux . Mix until mixture thickens up.

Step 4
Add your cream to roux. Mix until mixture will begin to thicken. Bubbling is normal, if mixture is bubbling too much reduce heat.

Step 5
Add mustard, followed by salt and pepper. Mix.

Step 6
Time to add your shredded cheese, dump all into pan. Cheese will begin to melt into mixture, blend together. Once combined reduce heat to low.

Step 7
Time to prepare your casserole dish. In a dish add your shredded chicken, as well as cooked cauliflower rice. Make sure cauliflower rice is dry. Mix together

Step 8
Take cheese and pour over the cauliflower and chicken casserole mix. Blend everything together and smooth flat in dish.
Step 9
Top with remaining cheese. Pop in the oven uncovered for 20 minutes

Step 10
Broil for the last remaining 5 minutes if you like a crispy top! Than remove, let cool and enjoy!
